Friday - Bean & Cheese Burritos, Mexican corn & rice
Saturday- Meatball Sandwiches, home fries & carrots
Sunday - Super easy Duggar Mexican Frito Pies
Slow Simmered Green Beans
from Gooseberry Patch's Slow Cooker Meals
- 1 1/2 pounds of green beans
- 1 stalk of celery diced
- 1/4 cup onion chopped
- 1/4 cup margarine sliced
- 4 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt (I use 2 teaspoons of minced garlic)
- 1/4 t dill seed (I didn't use it because we didn't have it)
Place ingredients in a slow cooker ; stir to mix. Cover and cook on low setting for 3-4 hours it serves 6 to 8. But these green beans are so good I'm going to start cooking two times as much! To find out what other meal planning maniacs are up to check out Orgjukies Menu plan Monday.
