I like to keep my "little mascot" close to my heart! Wayne is worried I may be in love with this smashing little heart breaker....
Anyways, here is the diabetic update...I am currently concentrating on drinking at least 8 cups of water a day and limiting my caffeine intake to two cups of coffee during the week and extra cup on Sundays!
I am avoiding eating after 8 p.m. because I think it has an adverse effect on my morning fasting blood sugar.
I started jogging again and will start playing soccer either this weekend or next. It depends when the game is since the games are on Sundays sometimes I am unable to play. (Due to little things like CHURCH!) Dear Mrs Supercinski has offered to watch my wee ones on days when Wayne & My schedule are clashing. Hopefully, that will just be the 3 rd week of the month so we are not an imposition.
I've only lost 3lbs so far but I am started first place today! So I am hoping for 2-3lb a week loss from here forward. Please pray for me to continue.
Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.2Cor4:16

Kyle, I am very proud of your obedience. God will bless that.
I am praying for you!!
I'm proud of you Kyle. Great start. Call me in the morning if you need me. We're up around 7, so don't worry about calling too early.
You are my inspiration! I got the packet from the doc today and was not too excited to read about the weight gain...I think I'm blame mine on that, even though its probably most my fault!! I think I'll start with 8 glasses of water a day like you...the exercising...we shall see!!
But I'm proud of you!!

Kyle, so proud. If ever we could go jogging together, let's try. It's much more fun to go with a buddy than alone. Unless you want to jog in the summer heat, and then I'm out, to the air-conditioned gym, sista! But Spring time is so jogger friendly! I'm loving it!
