Menu Plan Monday:Whole Food Menu

What is eating a whole foods diet? We avoid white flour, sugar etc... drink raw milk, eat raw honey and unprocessed sugar. We are not Nourishing Traditions but we cook from scratch and often let beans sprout. We  try to avoid commercially canned & made products. If we can buy at a farmer's market or eat out of our garden we do so!

Monday - Whole Wheat Spaghetti & Meatballs with green beans and garlic bread
Tuesday - Sloppy Joe's with oven french fries and fruit
Wednesday - Beans, Rice & Corn bread
Thursday- Whole Wheat Pasta e Fagoli with homemade bread
Friday - Sour Cream Enchiladas with homemade refried beans & vanilla pudding
Saturday- Oven Fried Chicken, Mashed Taters & Corn
Sunday - Fellowship Meal @ Church

Whole Foods on a budget tip: Eat lots of beans, they are healthy versatile and inexpensive!

hi! I found your blog from MPM. I am a homeschooling mom as well. We eat similar to your family. I'll be back! Thanks for sharing your menu.
