Another family favorite is
The Runaway Bunny. This was a big favorite of Bullet and Sugar Pie. It's about a baby bunny that tells it's Mama that it is going to run away and the Mama bunny that tells her baby she will run after him no matter where he goes. This is such a sweet story it cannot help buy cement a feeling of safety in a child's heart as you read about a Mama that will pursue her child no matter where he goes! It is beautifully written and illustrated. While reading the children are able to actively participate as they look for the sometimes hidden bunnies on each page.
