This is the meal plan for a frugal cook from scratch family. We are a Christian Homeschooling Family of 7 (4 girls & 1 boy).
January 10th -16th
Tip: Double a recipe when you are planning to make it anyway. So don’t just make today’s meatballs make 2-5 batches of meatballs for future meals! I do not have time to set aside a day for bulk cooking but I can always throw a little more into the pot!
Monday – Clam Chowder with oyster crackers
Tuesday – (make 4 freeze 2) Chicken pot pie, rolls (freeze 2 batches), tossed salad (NGC)
Wednesday- Beans, Rice & Cornbread
Thursday- Paula Deen Meatloaf, garlic mashed potatoes (NGC), peas & rolls
Friday - Hamburger, Oven fries, tossed salad (NGC)
Saturday - Beef Enchiladas, refried beans & corn
Sunday - Left overs
