Participating in Show & Tell

We decided to do something different since we are not schooling right now and we are participating in Show & Tell with There's No Place Like Home . So here is the frugal edition ....

This is an ornament from one of the recent College Graduate gals that come to our house every Monday Night. She purchased a painted egg from Martha's Vineyard and it's just beautiful. Luckily it was not on the tree when it fell over 2X! She knows how I love chickens and eggs as we have used emptied brown eggs to decorate our home in the country.
This is a pillow I just purchased from Goodwill for about .99 it sits in a chair near the entrance.
Here is a sign picked up at Tractor Supply in February for .33-.50 and even though we do not do Santa I thought it was too cute to pass up!

This is a grapevine wreath someone was throwing away that I use to display Christmas Cards. Folks always stop to check it out, including me! We save photo picture cards and put them in an album so each year we can see how every one's family is growing!

Finally, Mom's favorite Dad and 2 of the kids fell asleep while read Dickens's A Christmas Carol.
Merry Christmas!
