Come on by...

A king snake eating a snake...this was enough to make me consider ending my gardening career!

I'm pretty sure I would have blown them both to smitherines if I'd been there...good thing for the snake I wasn't! And good for you that you're letting nature run it's course and shoot at it with a camera instead of the shotgun! Ha!

Great moment to have your camera! One time, we were on a trail and saw a HUGE spider carrying a HUGE wasp across the trail. We wished we could have seen that battle!

At least you know there's one less snake on the grounds :)

This snake "pro" told us, do not kill the king snakes, because they eat the "bad" snakes... he told us this after we had killed a 5' king... :)

The only reason I did not kill him is because our friend Brian didn't kill one after he caught it. And Brian is country boy through and through and he kills anything remotely dangerous (or irritating for that matter)! Then I read on line that they kill pit vipers so the King snakes and I will share an uneasy peace.

I can't believe you took this photo. No. I cannot hold a photo and scream at the top of my lungs. Crazy!
