I love homeschooling because of the ease of which we have integrated it into our lives. We were already education minded and we already show the kids how God is all around us, interwoven into everything...Anyways, we asked for and received a telescope from the grandparents and the kids have been looking at craters on the moon and exploring space...because they want to. We are doing the Apologia Astronomy because Peyton wanted to know more about it and we are all learning so much. I can see how she will learn more because I am so intouch with what she is learning and how God will be interwoven into all of her curriculum at home. So I guess we are just some happy homeschooling fools! Oh and by the way Go Cal beat A&M!!!!

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas everyone! This is a picture of the front of our house (that’s for sale if you’re interested...opps I digress...seriously call :).... ) with our Christmas lights and moving reindeer in our little neighborhood...ahh... Well, let me let you in on a little of our Mctruths 1/3 of these lights refuse to work, the head on one of the reindeers and the leg on the other will not light up. I had to duck tape the leg onto one of those deers. Big baby’s goal in life is to jump on and I think skin and eat those deers! The lovely van in the driveway is borrowed because ours is in the shop, the pool that I took down in September is sitting in front of the van (finally now drying to be put away) and our house has been on the market for 6 months! ...hohoho Thank you God that we are not in control otherwise this might all seem like a disaster instead of a part of the master plan! More importantly it’s so nice to know we do not have to “clean up our acts” before we come to know you (because let me tell you I’d still be cleaning). But that we are to come to you just as we are with a ½ lit house and broke down reindeers! That He is just waiting for us to come to Him with big open arms. So, I hope that during this holiday season you and yours will seek Him out, I know you will find Him! Have a Very Merry Christmas

This years Christmas picture (Peyton, Big Baby & Parkie) in a tree at the new country property we will one day supposedly move to unless our house never sells which is now a possibility and we are forced to live here until the cows come home which is going to be a long time since we do not have cows! Ahhh...well get there at just His right time :)
3psinatxpod I never have much to say so I kind of avoid my own blog. So this time I'm just going to babble some and see how it goes... I guess the good news is "Bib Baby" (aka Pearson) is walking now!

Right now Parker is very upset (running around the house and yelling "I am not a boy") because Peyton has apparently turned her into a boy and this is a fate much worse than death! ...Now back to my babble this Christmas has been pretty neato I've been able to get into contact with some friends that we have not spoken with much and we are all back in contact now.

Oh....I knew if I babbled long enough something good might come to me and it has...My sweet Peyton has had such a turn around this year. When I pulled her out of school I knew that is what God wanted me to do but I was still worried about her socialization. We have however had a wonderful sememster (at Church, Co-op, Awanas etc...) of behavior so much better than previous years. She is calmer and more apt to listen and try to understand. I was racking my brains as to what is so different that has caused her to change so much. This year in her chores (sounds horrible to call this a chore but she does it with so much joy...) I added reading her Bible. The word of God has not returned void and it has been such a blessing to see. I'm not saying all is perfect we are still facing Autism head on but it so much better!

If you did not know we are the land of the medically challenged and Peyton now needs an epi pen for allergies...if its not one thing its another ...That's why I love 2Cor 4:16 Therefore we do not lose heart though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day!
